Account data

When you create an account, we store your email address and authentication details to identify you and secure your account.

Contacts

Signed-in users can record contact details and notes about the people they work with. That information is visible only to that user and the site's administrators.

Your profile

The name and picture you add to your profile are stored and shown where the app displays your account.

Roles

If you are given a role such as admin, we store that role against your account, and the email address an admin invite was sent to.

Usage data

To see how many people visit CRM Lite and what they use, two small things are kept in your browser: a random id with no name attached, so repeat visits count as one person rather than several; and, if you arrived from a tagged link, where you came from.

This stays in CRM Lite's own database. It is not shared with any other company, and it is never used to identify you personally.
